Hoarders that pile junk in their home are one breed. A person that destroys a home with trash on the inside is mostly a nuisance to themselves. Outdoor hoarders make a nasty mess for everyone to see. Everytown has a mental case that collects junked cars. Payson has it's gang of car hoarders. When you see pictures of nice clean European towns you wonder what they would think to come see our junk nation.
What is wrong with someone whose idea of grass is a yard full of junk? Then you have sign pollution. Urban sprawl with sign pollution makes towns unsightly.
If you go to a wealthy town they don't subscribe to the rot. Yesterday we were in Fountain Hills, and Scottsdale, both enclaves of the rich. The rich don't put up with Hooples. The towns are neat well kept, and totally lacking in junk yards.
The respectable towns don't even have goof trucks jacked up and spewing smoke. There is even a lack of Trump stickers.
You can clean up the mess the Hooples make. Kadizzle was amazed when West Virginia decided to do a countryside scrub. The governor appointed a Junk Car Czar. The guy went all over the state with a car crusher. It worked. He fished cars out of the creek and they made the dingers clean up. Why do we have to let mental illness destroy our towns? Does Freedom mean you are free to be mentally ill? Trump preys on the gun toting dingers. They are his life blood. Manure attracts flies.
In the land of the Hooples asking a dinger to abandon his junk is an insult.
