Move away from the problem.

Don't solve the problem, move away from it. Kadizzle just read an article in the NYT. A reporter interviewed a bunch of policemen about how they perceived the world. The article was a good one, and recommended. One thing that struck Kadizzle was that all the police people moved out of the city for the benefit of their kids.

This seems to be the American way. If you have the means you move away from the poverty and crime. What does this do? It concentrates the poverty, and crime and makes it worse.

No one is more guilty of this plan than the terminally wealthy. The rich move into enclaves that fence out the poor, and then ignore the poor. The wealthy do not share the same transportation, schools, or infrastructure the poor use. So the rich don't give a damn that the public schools are a shamble, their kids don't use them.

Not long ago Kadizzle was in Richmond, Virginia. Mrs Kadizzle and her brother went to a school for poor little rich kids. Moving about we happened to tour the athletic facilities of the school for the terminally rich. The school had a couple hundred acres of football fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, and every imaginable thing that no public school could come near. The poor rich kids must have thought everyone has a school like this. The high school was much better equipped in all regards than many small colleges Kadizzle has visited.

The tuition is probably forty or fifty thousand a year, and of course the school has endowments. Schools in Virginia for the rich must pretend like everyone is welcome so they have to pepper the attendees with a few black kids they entice with scholarships. They are not real black kids, but wealthy black kids or smart black kids carefully selected not to upset the choreography.

Now, guess what the underfunded public schools are like. As Trump would say " Shit holes".  You can hear the result of this policy. It is gunfire on Saturday night. So now. you can see why the rich need more tax breaks to stay away from the poor, right Frank?
