What is fairness?

A lot of people apparently read this blog who don't like a lot of what it says. Why not? In some cases they disagree in other cases they think groups or people are being treated unfairly. What about fairness? If you or your group get to make absurd statements about the " Radical Left, does Kadizzle get to make what you think are absurd statements about the radical right? Seems like the rule should apply to both sides. However that is not how some see it. Kari Lake can lie and distort, Trump can lie and distort, but anyone who challenges that is not welcome at your meeting. Does there seem like something inherently wrong with that?

One simple rule should be you don't get to just make things up. Ideally what you say should have some basis in reality.

Kadizzle just had a conversation with someone who told him the Tea Party participants feared Kadizzle might lose control and harm them. Where did they get this idea? Well they just made it up. Most of it is based on the fact that Kadizzle once raised his voice in an argument with some right wingers over gun control. Now, if you were in danger from everyone who raised their voice at you, more than likely you have a twisted view of reality.

Kadizzle is 73 years old. Old Kadizzle has never struck anyone out of anger. Do the Hooples just get to make this stuff up? The ideal thing would be if they could point to an incident, or proof.

Kari Lake is in court today trying to have the election in Arizona overturned. Unfortunately the hero of the Hooples has been asked to provide proof. That is how it works. You cannot just make things up.

One possible way to know something is to confront a witness directly. That is why so many Trump people refuse to appear in court. However, if you heard a story about Kadizzle, a rumor, or anything you want to know, won't is be the simple thing to just go up to him and ask him. Now, he could lie, like Trump, but that is the chance you take. At least you have done the honest honorable thing.

On the other hand simply passing on a story with no clue to it's validity goes against all the principals of decency. False stories have had a history of bad results.

Now here is a special message to those who object to the way their group is treated on this blog. There is a comment section. Feel free to refute anything. Secondly, write your own post. Kadizzle will publish every word of it. If you truly believe your group has been wronged and demeaned unfairly write it down, ask in a comment how to get hold of Kadizzle, and it will be published on this blog.

Now consider how different this is from a Tea Party meeting. If they disagree with you they don't ask you to come explain yourself, instead they ask you to stay away. Anything wrong with that scenario?
