The Common Good

Moving to Payson, AZ there is one thing we have enjoyed immensely. Hop on the bike and coast down the hill. At the bottom is Green Valley Park. Kadizzle has see few little parks enjoyed as much. In those three little lakes, ponds, whatever they are the fishin is good because the state keeps them stocked. It is always a pleasure to see all the people fishing. Next to the fishermen are the dog walkers. Someone is always strolling around the lakes. Seeing the young people fishing is wonderful. For a young person to sit with a fishing rod contemplating is a splendiferous thing .

Payson has its shortcomings, but the town takes the parks seriously. On the other side of town the mother of all recreation facilities is being built with several ball fields and courts.

But good could be even better. There is a patch of land called The American Gulch that adjoins the Green Valley Park. If it could only be added to the game. Now, another pat on the back for Payson.  All the town water is recycled to water the park and the golf courses. What an accomplishment.

Parks are the best indication of a willingness to share. For that matter so are highways, schools, and all the infrastructure that makes life liveable. How does all this come about? Frank, it is taxes that pay for the roads the parks, the schools, and the things that make us human. Well there is nothing wrong with taxes. Of course nothing is more evil than taxes in the eyes of Frank, Jeff B. and the Republicans. The rich don't use the highways, they fly in private jets. The rich don't use the public pool, they have their own.  So if the rich don't use what the peasants do why should the rich have to pay for some poor kid to attend school? That is the Republican mind. I got mine the hell with you. Taxes could be considered forced sharing by the government. Is that really bad Frank? The rich would like to drive right down the middle of the highway, but the government says you only get to use half the road. It works better that way.

How about hunters? Now the rich are purchasing North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming to make their own hunting preserves. Is there anything wrong with the rich owning the beach, the wilderness, and everything nice Frank? What do the sheetrockers, the framers, and the waitresses do on vacation Frank? Are they supposed to sit on the crummy part of the beach, hunt on crowded public land, and live the life of a peasant. Frank, that is where you are headed. Frank you are creating a world of haves and have nots. If only Frank could see he is a pawn being used to make sure the rich pay no taxes. Frank the rich get to deduct their jet as a business expense. Bulletin Frank. Inflation is caused by the CEO taking too much, not the guy at Star Bucks wanting to make a living.

Remember the lady at the last Tea Party meeting bad mouthing the "Radical left"?  What if the radical left wanted the billionaires to have less Frank?  Would that be OK?Is it radical to want everyone to have health care Frank? Is it radical to ask the rich to only have two homes Frank so the poor can have one? Is sharing or even forced sharing radical Frank? I got it, it is mine, I earned it. No you didn't.  You used roads paid for by everyone, you used the water system, the electrical grid, and you went to a hospital everyone supported. Frank if you think any rich person got there by themself you are as delusional as the lady was at the last Tea Party meeting. Once no one is willing to pay taxes the country will fall apart. Wait, the country is already falling apart.

Back to Green Valley Park. Frank everyone enjoys the park. That is how sharing works. When you dream of the rich owning the world comes true Frank, enjoy it. Right now 400 families already own half of everything in the country. You are on your way to success Frank, only on half left to go.

Yesterday Kadizzle drove the trail crew up to the top of the Four Peaks to do some work on the trails. The crew was going to work their way down to the bottom of the mountain where Kadizzle would pick them up. The drive down that mountain is a long treacherous drive.  On the way up we drove where two people were recently killed when they drove over the edge in the dark. They went straight down over the cliff.

On the drive down Kadizzle thought he might listen to a stump preacher on the radio, which he did. It turned out to be a lady preacher. She explained that when you get to heaven you will be able to fly. Thing of the gas savings, and the convenience.  When her show was done another male stump preacher came on asking people to send him

$1,000. No doubt he knows how many fools sent Trump the billionaire money.

When the stump preachers got old Kadizzle tuned to a channel that had the Fox News commentators on. They are amazing. No matter what Biden did they would spin it to be a bad thing. If Biden welcomed Jesus to the White House they Fox News rats would complain it was a trick and Jesus should have come when Trump was there.  The black basketball player was freed from Russia with a prisoner trade. Of course this was terrible. Imagine if Russia would have captured Rupert Murdock ?  Would it be OK to trade an arms dealer to get Rupert back? The spinners would have made it a bad thing if Biden rescued Rupert.

Of course every Republican had to sing the Fox News tune about the swap. When Biden never wins, you might suspect the game is rigged Frank. That is how your gang is spinning the recent election. If the mentally ill don't win the Democrats cheated. See any patterns here Frank? A clue Frank. What distinguishes humans from computers is our ability to see patterns. See if you can detect any patterns here Frank. Trump cheated college students out of 25 million, Trumps buddy Bannon cheated donors out of millions,  money Trump raised for the wall was stolen, Trump ran a hotel in D.C. where guest overpaid when he was president. Trump failed to pay workers when he built his Trump Tower. On it goes Frank, do you see a pattern?
