If you looked down from heaven on Payson you would see white haired heads. Snow has filled in the gaps between the white hair. Snow is rare, but it happens. It will not last long. That is the whole point of living here.
The Kadizzles could generate some excitement if they tried to get down the steep hill that leads to our mountain top retreat. Today will be a transportation lesson.
Kadizzle has been slowly building a bridge to nowhere, or a bridge too far. Access to the land to the west of us is cut off by a drainage ditch. Kadizzle decided to put a large culvert in the ditch and build stone abutments to focus the water. Like all projects around here it is getting done in stops and starts.
This week the Democrats are re-organizing in Payson. Kadizzle may attend the meeting. Democrats desperately need to recruit young people. Going to any political meeting here is like going to a nursing home. Old people only seems to be the sign on the door.
Democrats will make a massive mistake if they don't run someone other than Biden. Kadizzle has no big problem with Biden, but he is just too old. The future belongs to the young, and the old have a tendency to destroy the future. Old rich white guys are worse than rattlesnakes. Old people have old ideas. The times they are a changin.
The generation of Kadizzle has robbed the young blind. We soak up social security we often don't need. That money comes from young people struggling to afford a family. Income inequality is crushing democracies. The Republican money shovel to the rich is going to implode and the sooner the greedy rats are dealt with the better. Kadizzle worked in a time when unions thrived. Republicans wiped out unions. Unions were the only defense against unthrottled greed. Now 400 families own half the country, and Frank loves it.
Trump's ship seems to be sinking, praise Jeeeesus. When the Hooplehead the other day acknowledged Trump was done it was a sign from God. At the Hooplehead convention on Tuesdays maybe it is the imagination of Kadizzle, but the Trump idiot hats seem to be fading.
Trump has apparently got a new gun to shoot his feet off. Even the hard core dolts are having trouble spinning his friendship with racist and anti semitic pals. Kadizzle asked Hoople what he thought about Trump abandoning the Constitution. Hoople was sort of lost for words but tried to use some of the old standbys like, well he didn't really mean it, or that is not exactly what he said, or he just wanted to get rid of the parts that kept him from being king.
