Here we sit in a home in a location that once was a thriving slum. Strangely the white people are invading the black neighborhood. What you end up with is a mix. The original poor people are living next to the well to do. Houses that would have been considered nearly worthless are now being renovated and sold for a fortune. What happened. At one time all the white people moved to the country. Now it is the thing to live close to downtown. Eventually none of the poor will be able to afford to live where poor people used to live. Walking around this area there are homes for sale for $600,000 next to a building falling down.
Traveling around it becomes obvious there really is no poverty in our country there are just greed blighted areas. The rich have taken so much the poor have nothing. Then the rich get people like Frank to blame the poor. It is greed Frank, pure greed. There is no housing shortage. The problem is one guy has two houses while so many have none. It is a distribution problem Frank. When the guy at the door makes $8 dollars and hour and the CEO gets $8,000 maybe that is the problem. Lets do some math Frank. If the CEO would work for only $1,000 and hour that would free up $7,000 and hour to pay the people making $8 dollars an hour. Pretty simple Frank, right, but no, no, that is socialism. When ever you are fair or moral that is socialism, right Frank.
