Return

The return to the west is close. The East has some charms, but lots of problems. The Eastern United States is falling apart. Crumbling everything is all over. The West is newer than the East without so many old brick run down shacks. The East is crowded. From Florida to Maine there is one continuous shopping center. The West is almost as bad. The Eastern side of the Rockies is a shopping mall from Cheyenne to Albuquerque. Phoenix is a sprawling mess like Los Angeles.  It seems like you can at least breathe in the West. Vast open spaces exist in the West. The landscape in the East gives a feeling of claustrophobia. So many places in the West you can see for miles, not in the East. In the East people go to the beach. What is a beach. It is a blank with a large liquid blank behind it. The West has mountains. Mountains are a mystery. What is on the mountain, over the mountain, and even under the mountain. The beach is just the place humans crawled out of the ocean. 

In the competition for crime and shootings the East would no doubt win. One thing the East does have is more people who can see through the Republican nightmare. Were it not for the East Trump might be King. People in the East tend to read and pay attention. The gun slingers in the West just want to stare at the sky and pretend like a gun will solve everything. Much of the West is full of isolated people who are clueless about the mess humans have made.
