What Policy?

Paul Krugman delves into just one more policy failure of the Bush administration. The world now faces a food crises. It is hard to believe that one administration could be so blank on so many critical things. Foreign policy, is a shambles, energy policy doesn't exist, and now people all over the world are facing starvation, because the Bush administration has no policy that works, except making his friends wealthy. The total nonsense of converting corn into SUV fodder, is now coming home to roost.
