A Trip to the Lake

Neighbor Bob, and Lord Kadizzle made a little run up to the lake yesterday. Lord Kadizzle needs a place to dock the royal yacht, so we were going to check out Dakota Waters. Since the lake has been low, we have not see that part of the lake for many years. It was amazing to see how small trees have grown where there used to be an expansive beach. The little forest drives home the point that the lake has been low for a long time. Traveling the Southwest, you see the same thing at Lake Powell, and Lake Mead. How could anyone look at these lakes and not know there has been a fundamental change in the climate?
