Modern serfdom is our lot. Nothing has really changed. The big guy exploits lots of little guys. Serfdom actually got worse by turning it into slavery. Slavery turned into share cropping, and wage slavery. The serfs now make hamburgers, are fodder for war, and vote for Trump to rob them blind.
