A Good day

Ruben Gallego drew a good crowd at the Democratic Headquarters yesterday, a good sign there are functioning brains in Payson. Where are the. young people? The young have the most at stake. Old codgers don't have so much to lose. The planet is on fire, and may not be here for the next generation. Are the young going to come alive at election time? Women will be wearing head coverings if the Republicans get in office. Alreadly women have lost control of their bodies.

Waking up this morning there is the smell of fire in the air. The air is a little full of a light haze that sort of looks like smoke.

Wonderful evening at the Natural Bridge last night. A fundraiser was held in a incomparable setting with excellent food and drink. The music was just right and a nice crowd was there. Kadizzle kept wondering , where are the Hooples?  With a crowd of a couple hundred there was only one Hoople wearing a gun T Shirt, everyone else appeared normal.

The troublesome tree got cut down yesterday. Winky will be a bid angry because if fell on one of the new trees.  Not a whole lot of damage, but not a complete success. Fortunately Kadizzle has a good way out. The kind neighbor insisted on cutting the tree down for Kadizzle. His plan was raw skill, Kadizzle was going to use a different more scientific method.  Happy to have the help Kadizzle let the neighbor go full bore. With him the neighbor brought five strong college students to tug on the tree to get it to go in the right direction. Nope, that did not do the trick. Kadizzle's plan was to tie the tree at the top with rope so it could only fall one way. No need, the neighbor said with confidence in his chainsaw skills. He did have one problem, his chainsaw had the dullest chain in human history. Well the tree is down and the view is imensely improved looking towards the mountains, so all is well.
