Something was going to go wrong, Kadizzle had that sixth sense. It did this morning Kadizzle went before a judge to protest the lying of Gary Morris, the local head of the Republican Party. Like a fool Kadizzle thought the lying was the focus of the hearing, wrong. Kadizzle lost his appeal due to a technicality. When Kadizzle confronted Gary Morris about his lying an earlier restraining order Gary Morris had filed had not expired. Kadizzle thought it had. The earlier restraining order which was based on a series of lies expired in May of 2023. This meant when Kadizzle confronted Gary about his lying at the Tea Party that was just fine. Now for the zinger, when Kadizzle confronted Gary Morris in September of 2022 the other fabricated restraining order was in effect. You cannot confront someone who has told blatant lies about you if a restraining order is in effect. The net result was none of the evidence about Gary Morris lying really mattered.
Now, for the good news. In front of a judge, and on the record Kadizzle was able to make it clear what a liar Gary Morris is. That alone was worth the effort. Kadizzle could not restrain himself from starring at the little weasel as he misrepresented reality and lied. The judge told Kadizzle he was not allowed to look at Gary Morris. The little bastard falsely claimed Kadizzle spit in his face at the Tea Party encounter. Kadizzle asked Gary Morris to clarify this remark and he then claimed it was some sort of fog or mist. Kadizzle asked him exactly where he was hit by spit. Anyone who observed Gary Morris would have quickly concluded what a weasel the little bastard is.
The video of the encounter with Gary Morris at the Tea Party did not get shown. The judge would not view it because three copies were not provided. The video clearly shows Gary Morris is a liar.
The court record will show Gary Morris failed to check about the allegations he made. Sadly only the judge and his clerk were in the court room. It would have been great for more people to see how Gary Morris operates. Now, the big decision is to appeal or not appeal. Even if Kadizzle were to lose the appeal it would mean another judge would get a dose of Gary Morris when he reviews the proceedings. If the whole thing is going to be based on the technical fact that the old court order did not expire, then an appeal would be a waste of money. On the other hand having two judges hear the testimony may be worth the lost money. The more people know the way Gary Morris lies, the better, and who better to know than two judges. Stay tuned.
One thing Kadizzle wondered before this hearing, was would Gary Morris lie in court. The answer is yes. His lie about the spitting took the cake.
