OK, to the greed dogs. A developer is going to build a 75 million dollar home in Phoenix as a spec home. The developer says there is "a need" for this type of home in Phoenix. Holly shit there is no "need" for such a home anywhere. The home will have 29 bathrooms, and two swimming pools. How in the hell can people be so insane. Phoenix has a terrible homeless situation, so does Payson, and some simple dinger says what we need is a few 75 million dollar homes. If the dingers had fire trucks they would come to your house and spray it with gasoline.
That is the Republicans. The rich need to pay taxes, and the Republicans just want to shovel more money to them. There is no problem that cannot be solved by taxing the rich. Even climate change will come under control if the rich quit spewing waste into the world. How f...king dumb can people be. People are living on the street and we are having a shortage of 75 million dollar homes?
