Clean, sparkling clean. North Dakota is so orderly compared to Payson. The old Germans keep things neat compared to the slum warriors in Arizona. Kadizzle used to have issues with the slummers in Hazen, but now he realizes they are amateur compared to AZ slummers. Even the bad bum shunklers in ND are better than the chain link fence rats in AZ. In AZ the slum warriors fill the yard with trash and then put a nasty chain link fence around it, as if someone might break in and clean it up.
