Honoring Chuck and Dave we walked into a room full of old people. Wait, we are old people. Everyone aged, bellies bloomed on most of us. Some were hard to recognize. Sadly Chuck and Dave cashed in. Each of us is in line. In Harvey’s barn we sang and told stories. Time is taking its toll. Who is next? Get in line.
Not much has changed in North Dakota. Summers can’t be beat in North Dakota. Our old town of Hazen is a ghost town. Our old house is occupied by people neglecting it. The old neighbors are doing well. So life goes on.
