Born and raised in West Virginia Kadizzle has taken a lot of ribbing for being from the hillbilly state. However, Kadizzle can remember a remarkable thing that took place in West Virginia. One of the governors decided to clean up the state. He appointed a garbage czar. Do you remember Boss Hog in that goofy series years ago. Boss Hog dressed in a white formal suit with big lapels. The garbage czar in West Virginia dressed the same way in a black suit and he had the figure of Boss Hog.
The clean up King in West Virginia went all over the state with car crushing equipment. He rode in parades and all over the state they drug cars and other junk from the fields and streams. They actually cleaned up the state. It was amazing. Maybe some of you old goats remember Lady Bird Johnson. She did a marvelous job of cleaning up the country. She went after billboards.
Why do we tolerate the messes the slummers make? Why not clean up the country? Why not make it a national goal to remove the junk, pick up the trash and keep our country clean? Why are people allowed to be public hoarders?
