Our wonderful neighbors daughter was taking care of a foster child, young Finley. Finley was only a couple months old and things were going well. It all came to an end. The court decided to give Finley back to someone else. Really a sad situation. Finley's mom was a drug addict, and Finley was getting the best care from the fosters. The social services have made a real mess of this situation and they are going to create a child with problems.
