Our neighbor Dave knocked on our door. When Kadizzle opened the door there was Dave with his huge shirtless belly displayed for the world. Dave rarely wears a shirt. Dave was in an agitated state and quickly reported a mountain lion had attacked one of his dogs. According to Dave he heard the dog screaming and went outside to see the lion after the dog. Dave managed to chase the mountain lion off. Dave came over to the Earth Module which is about one hundred yards from his camper to make sure we were aware of the danger. Dave ranted a bit about how he was going to shoot the mountain lion. Dave was going to get a better gun from Ken to protect the dogs from the lion.
Sleeping in the desert is interesting. Something has been coming to our bedroom window and making a strange noise. Kadizzle thinks it may be javelinas. On the other hand it could be coyotes. Some of these wild animals seem to come right under out window at night. Perhaps the socks smell like delicious food.
