Hiking over the Earthquake

Some strange news popped up on Winky's phone yesterday. There was an earthquake exactly where we hiked about two days ago. Kadizzle looked at the USGS map and it turned out we were dead center in Cottonwood Canyon where the quake occurred. It must have been a minor quake. People nearby did not even notice. The Cliff Dwellings are very close. It would be sad to see them damaged. However, even a minor movement could dislodge some very big boulders. We hike a lot of canyons with delicate boulders above, a quake would be scary.

In the old days as an underground coal miner Kadizzle wondered what it would be like to be underground during a quake. He was told it is no problem.
