Hikers down from the Mountain

Kadizzle had the opportunity to be near the area where he hikers come down from the Arizona trail to resupply yesterday.  About six hikers were having lunch and resupplying.  Two days ago Kadizzle met two other hikers.  You have to give these people credit, it is a very strenous hike.  The trail goes from the Mexican border to Utah.  It is about an 800 mile hike. These mountains are rugged, often lack water, and it takes a tough person to make the trek.  A mom and her teenage daughter were making the trip and about three single guys, plus one couple. A good way to spend the pandemic.  The snow up in the mountains drove a lot of the hikers down for a respite.

There is so much that could be done with the money flooding the country from the Capitol.  Why not start the CCC program all over. That program paid young people during the depression to do public works.  Wow, if young people could help us with so many projects on the trails, and the campgrounds, we could make America Great again.
