Our wonderful little shack out back plugged up. Kadizzle and Dave spent hours trying to unclog the sewer. No success. Today if we can get the right tool the flow may be restored. So now the government shutdown is a real shutdown.
The pizza place was full of Forest Service volunteers yesterday. A nice group of people who work for free, but cannot work. Some of our volunteer friends are Canadian. Imagine Canadians coming to our country to work for free, but the idiot in chief prevents it.
Trump is such a childish lying idiot it is hard to fathom. What is even harder to fathom are the people who believe in him. The Kadizzles went to a different place to eat the other day. It was back off the main road. After lunch we drove through the little adjoining town. It was a rat nest mess of trailer homes, trash, and people living on the edge. Of course everyone had a flat screen, a fishing boat and a few junked cars in the yard. These are the people who voted for Trump. Amazing how the people driven into poverty love the man who makes poverty so possible. Trump reduces the taxes on the rich so the poor have nothing. The poor cheer. How stupid can people be? Someone dropped a stupid bomb on this country. In the old days when the rich were taxed and highways were built, schools were funded, and people could make a decent living. Now the dingers sit in their shacks and cheer the idiot who robs them. We have reached a new level of insanity.
