Deplorables

Kadizzle and volunteer Elaine took a tire ride down to Apache Lake.  When we reached the gate to Burnt Corral there was a beat up class C camper there.   Two teenage looking fellows and one adult male were wandering about in the vicinity.  The oldest male looked like a meth user and the two teenagers did not look much better.  The camper had blankets over the windows, and a three year old ran about randomly in the road.  Elaine felt nervous about the degenerates.  Kadizzle engaged the meth head in conversation and he told Kadizzle about finding a rattlesnake.  After Mr. Meth mentioned the snake he pulled it out of somewhere.  It was a very small rattler, but surprised Kadizzle that it was out and about in the colder weather.  The degenerates were doing a good deed, they were picking up trash.  Strangely they were putting all the trash on the dashboard of the motor home.  The dashboard was covered from side to side with about a foot of trash.  Inside the camper looked like a terrible shambles and there was a large dog in there wandering about.  It looked like some kind of pit bull.  No doubt there were still more people inside the vehicle.  Since the National Forest is shut down because of Trump's insanity the bums could not drive down to the campground by the water.  However, they apparently had walked down and done some recognizance.  According to what they said they knocked on Nick's door.  Nick is the camp host there.  They got no answer.  Kadizzle and Elaine decided to drive down and check on Nick's trailer to make sure the degenerates had not broken in.  It was ok, but it was strange what the meth crew was doing down there.
