Booming West?

Honest Omar can appreciate Kadizzle's location at his old dock.  Kadizzle made a big trip of about five hundred yards from his dock over to Curly's docks.  The Checkmate crew and Kadizzle had some beverages and went to town for dinner.  Kadizzle did not want to get an SWI ( sailing while intoxicated) so he spent the night with his ship over at Curly's.   The wind blew all night and sleeping was sparse from the wave slap.  Kadizzle had intended to just go out a little way and anchor. It would have been much better sleeping.  A fender was squeaking all night so at three Kadizzle got up and re positioned the ship.

Now awake with sunshine and coffee Kadizzle has to decide on a goal for today.  It would be a great day to boom West.  The wind is howling out of the East.  As always on a sailing ship the problem is getting back. It appears the wind will shift and tomorrow it could come from the NW.  That would give a decent ride back.  Even going downwind by himself could be a problem for Kadizzle with a big wind.  So that decision has to be made.  Perhaps Stroupini can be talked into going along.

How about a little ranting?  So good to see old Pruit quitting.  Maybe you saw the young woman holding a baby telling him to quit in a restaurant.  More people need to confront the Trump rats. In this case it seemed to have worked.  Kadizzle got so fed up with the Hazen City commission he delivered them a letter.  Kadizzle told them if they could not do their job they should quit.  Next morning the mayor showed up in the driveway and said he would not quit.  The mayor is a pretty good guy and we had a good chat.  The mayor gets a lot of credit, he had the courage to show up and talk.  None of the other cowardly commissioners had the ability to show up and discuss Kadizzle's war on the slummers.  The jest of the letter was " Why does the city commission always take the side of the slummers?"
.  Since we are trying to sell our home Kadizzle would lie the slummers to remove their junkers from our street.   The gutless commissioners do not have the courage to enforce the law.  So that is all folks it is time to listen to NPR and have another cup of coffee.  Have a good day.
