Trump comes to Fargo, the idiots come out in droves. Only a smack down will curb the desire to live the fantasy. All my life I wondered how could people ever let someone like Hitler come to power, now it is being demonstrated right in front of me. The sheer number of ignorant people so desperate to buy into a big lie. Our forefathers had a lot of concerns about letting everyone vote. That always seemed undemocratic, but when you see what happens when dolts are allowed to vote perhaps it made a lot of sense. When you go to an expert you are admitting there is a lot you do not know. Some of the old political systems were based on the idea that you picked a smart person to represent you because you knew you were not that smart. What has happened now is people did not pick a smart man to represent them. They picked a hateful, greedy, ego driven childish man. Trump's followers just want someone that mimics them. Trump voters want someone who says a little hate and greed is just fine. Trump voters want a man who shows them how to blame all their problems on someone else.
Every time it seems it can get no worse it does. The more absurd and dishonest Trump is the better his supporters like him. Will the country return to normalcy? Slowly Trump is driving the economy into the ground. His tax cuts for the rich are a joke. Until people suffer economically they will ride the wave of Trump stupidity. It is very sad that we have to suffer to learn, but such is life.
