Sitting here digesting two wonderful hamburgers Kadizzle cooked on the new grill. A car pulls up and Kadizzle figures the people getting out to take picture of the foundation poured next door are the new owners of the home about to built. Nope, they were friends reporting to the owners. In no time the conversation got into politics. Imagine that. There is strange phenomenon going on here. Californians are moving here in droves. Now for the strange part. The locals hate the Californians because they think they are all liberals. No, the Californians coming here are mostly hard core rednecks. The people out in front of the house taking pictures moved from California. Of course they despise Biden, and assured me it was liberals who trashed the Capitol. It will all come out on Fox News in time. Kadizzle is scared to death about the level of ignorance around here.
As the conversation went on Kadizzle started to cite facts. Mr. Trump believer said to Mabel, " We gotta get going". Bring up reality and the Trumpers head for the door. Don't look good. If these people are friends of the new owners it looks like we are in for an interesting neighborhood. The poor male couple next door will have a great time with rednecks for neighbors. Back in Hazen we were blessed with the best neighbors one could have. Of course they had the Republican infestation, but they were still in the real world to some extent.
