Insane Wind

The Kadizzles are nested in a wonderful spot, one major problem, insane wind.  The Earth Module is rocking and The Pop up camper is suffering.  Sylvie slept over with granny and gramps.  Winkle says the wind is 28 mph.  Yesterday Kadizzle took a neat ebike ride around Turtle Mountain.  Kadizzle and the gang went for a hike along a stream yesterday.  Sylvie jumped in and got cooled down.  Part of Kadizzle's plan on the hike was to see if the trail could be ebiked.  The trail looks good, but at one point you have to cross the stream.  The crossing point is part of a beaver dam.  Kadizzle figured he could lower the water level by destroying the dam.  Kadizzle got a lesson in beaver dams, and learned to respect their building ability.  The little beast really know how to weave twigs and stick together.  Beavers seem to build a base for their dams out of mud, and surprisingly rocks.  Kadizzle was amazed at the size of rocks the beavers could move.  Kadizzle finally had to give up on the dam destruction project.  The water level did go down about a foot.  Maybe if the blasted wind goes down the fat man will try that trail today.
