Kadizzle got danced

Kadizzle go that terrible urge people get when they decide to buy a new car, but in this case it was a motorcycle. The old Yamaha was just that old, but it did the job. It was a great motorcycle. It had some scratches, and needed a couple of minor parts.

Bargaining with the dealer we came to the conclusion Kadizzle would pay $4,700 to walk out the door with a new motorcycle. Well that didn't happen. It cost Kadizzle an additional $200. What went wrong?

Mistake A was taking the old motorcycle off the truck assuming the deal was done.  Now, the dealer waltzed the motorcycle into the shop and had his mechanic go over it. Kadizzle was basically kept away from that process. It took the mechanic a long time to find everything in the world wrong with the motorcycle. In the end Mr. Mechanic said it would take $900 dollars to put the motorcycle in condition to sell. It did need the carburetor rebuilt. Kadizzle had paid the guy in Cottonwood once $10 to do this. The dealer said it would be something like $200.  A new clutch handle was needed, and the switch for the turn signal was sticky. So the salesman called the good old Yamaha hammered.

Kadizzle had told the mechanics to take off the brush guards, and the little luggage rack before he knew what was coming. The salesman had Kadizzle in the perfect place. Load up the cycle and go home to put it back together or pay the hostage fee. Well Kadizzle paid the fee. Part of the $900 repair bill was jacked up prices for labor.

Laying in bed Kadizzle realized he basically just gave the old motorcycle away. Live and learn.
