This morning Kadizzle sat down beside a stranger. We had a nice conversation and Kadizzle suspected the man was a Hooplehead, but he gave no definitive evidence, except we were at a Hooplehead meeting. After a good conversation about mountain biking, and trail making the Hooplehead meetin started. When the Hoople stood up therre is was a big gun strapped to his side.
Sometimes Kadizzle cannot help but ask the brave gunmen what it is they are afraid of. Asking the gunman who was after him, he stumbled for words and finally said something about he was an investigator. Earlier he told me he spent 45 years as a fireman. Hmm, something here doesn't make sense. However, the gun totally changed my impression of the man. I would have given him a higher grade on the normal scale if he had been unarmed, but here we were at a Hooplehead meeting, and a big gun showed you were an alpha male.
