Republicans can fix the tax system

Trump and his fellow rats have the power to fix the tax code that favors the rich like rain favors flowers. Will they? Hell no. Trump did not surround himself with poor people, nope Trump loves the smell of billionaires. The world would flourish if the rich paid taxes. No way Trump will let that happen, his plan is to make things worse for the peasants. The Hoopleheads can't figure it out. The Hooples thought Trump was their friend. Your friend does not steal your money and give it to the rich.

Republicans Have the Votes to Make the Tax System Fair—But They Won’t

If Republicans truly cared about fairness, they have the power right now to fix America’s broken tax system. They control Congress, and with enough political will, they could close loopholes for the ultra-wealthy, make billionaires pay their fair share, and provide real relief to working- and middle-class families. But instead, they refuse—because their priority isn’t fairness. It’s protecting the rich and powerful at the expense of everyday Americans.

How Republicans Keep the Tax System Rigged

The Republican Party loves to talk about tax reform, but in reality, they do everything possible to keep taxes low for the rich while shifting the burden onto working people. Here’s how:

  • Protecting Billionaire Loopholes – The wealthiest Americans pay far lower effective tax rates than working people, thanks to loopholes that let them shelter their income. Republicans refuse to close these gaps because their biggest donors benefit from them.
  • Gutting the IRS – When billionaires and corporations dodge taxes, it costs the U.S. hundreds of billions of dollars per year. The IRS needs resources to crack down on tax cheats, but Republicans fight to defund the agency, making sure their wealthy friends get away with it.
  • Letting the Trump Tax Cuts Stay – The 2017 Republican tax bill overwhelmingly benefited corporations and the rich while offering temporary scraps to the middle class. Now, those middle-class cuts are set to expire, but the breaks for the wealthy remain. Republicans could fix this—but they won’t.
  • Refusing a Wealth Tax – Most Americans support a tax on extreme wealth, yet Republicans block every attempt. Billionaires like Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos grow their fortunes tax-free while working families struggle with rising costs.
  • Shifting the Burden to You – Instead of taxing corporations and billionaires fairly, Republicans push for higher sales taxes, cuts to Social Security, and attacks on Medicare—forcing ordinary people to pay more while the rich hoard wealth.

They Have the Votes. They Just Don’t Care.

Republicans could pass real tax reform that benefits working Americans tomorrow if they wanted to. They have the votes. They control the agenda. But their donors and corporate allies won’t let them. Instead, they’ll keep pretending that “trickle-down economics” works while the rich get richer and the middle class gets squeezed.

The solution is clear: we need to elect leaders who will fight for real tax fairness—not politicians who serve billionaires. Until then, the Republican Party will continue to rig the system against you.

Did biden surround himself with poor people? I don’t think any of them were hurting although they probably didn’t know of they were a man or a woman. Kevin

No, Biden only wanted to enrich himself and his family.
