Here he sits blasting our a message from Auckland. Long night on the plane. 12 hour flight from San Francisco. Son in Law Sam got a great pair of noise cancelling headphones that really were great. Air New Zealand does a nice job. Good food, and they tried to keep and empty seat by everyone.
So with very little sleep Kadizzle took the light rail downtown with no idea of what he was going to do. Walking on the docks a woman said the trip out to Wahini Island or whatever it is was worth the money. Kadizzle took the catamaran ferry out there and rented an ebike. Drove all over the island. Some very beautiful bays. When Kadizzle got back to the ferry a guy was delivering ebikes and offered to let Kadizzle use one for free to help with the delivery. If only he had been there earlier.
There must be a law in New Zealand against mean people. Everyone is super nice. Imagine a whole country of nice people. Talked to a couple of women who could not believe the mess we have with the Trumpster.
Strangely the first impression of New Zealand and all the tropical growth was that it reminded Kadizzle of West Virginia. There is no plan for tomorrow. Today unplanned went very well. Spending some of the money made Kadizzle nervous, but the exchange rate very much favors the dollar. The New Zealand dollar cost only 60 some cents. Prices are high here, but with the exchange rate not so bad.
