Kadizzle has a strange talent. It started over fifty years ago. Winky and Kadizzle were attending a wedding in North Carolina. When we got there a bunch of people were standing on the end of the dock. Apparently someone had dropped and expensive pair of glasses into the water. They had been trying to retrieve the glasses for over an hour. It was about 25 ft deep at the end of the dock. Kadizzle volunteered to dive for the glasses. He told someone to drop and anchor where they thought the glasses had fallen. Kadizzle jumped in and pulled himself down on the anchor line. As he went down it was so dark he could not see anything. When he placed his hand on the bottom of the lake he felt the glasses and brought them up. It was sheer dumb luck, but the crowd and Kadizzle were amazed. Since then Kadizzle has recovered numerous items for people like keys, phones, VHF radios, and other things. On the big lake Kadizzle had a reputation for his diving skills.
When the Rusty 1 overturned the other day a GPS, and a lot of other stuff went in the water about 40 ft out and in about ten feet of water. Kadizzle was determined to find the stuff. First he estimated where the boat overturned. Now there was one big problem the water is cold. A boater said it was 53 degrees. Kadizzle jumped in and followed the ramp out. The first thing he found was a bottle of beer. That was a clue he had found the wreck site. He had to get out shivering and warm up. Next dive he found a bolt. Kadizzle had a great idea. Using a gatorade bottle he made a float by putting rocks in a grocery bag. With the float he marked the wreck sit. Yesterday afternoon he went in and found the plastic box with the tools in it. Kadizzle was so happy that he was going to quit, but decided to go in once more. On the final dive he found the GPS. More amazing than getting rid of Trump the GPS still worked.
