For 25 years Kadizzle was a judge. He was a minor judge in a tiny town. Kadizzle was the municipal judge. The job was interesting, educational, and gave Kadizzle a lot of chances to help people. Now come the question of bias. Being fair is not easy, but Kadizzle did his best.
A case once came before judge Kadizzle. The case involved a speeding ticket. The ticket was issued to a young girl who had a bad reputation for driving around town in a careless manner. When the girl asked for a trial Kadizzle granted her the trial. Before the trial the young girl was told by Kadizzle not to waste the judges time with poor preparation. The girl did a good job of presenting her case. The whole case revolved around the fact that the city had posted speed limit signs on a portion of street incorrectly. Coming from the north the speed limit sign had one speed, and coming from the south the same street had a different speed limit. The prosecution offered no explanation for how this was to work. In the most reluctant manner Kadizzle found the girl not guilty of the offense. On more than one occasion Kadizzle was faced with finding some person not guilty who surely needed a lesson in civic behavior, but that is not how fair works. You don't get to find someone guilty because you don't like them.
Now, back to the girl Kadizzle found not guilty. After Kadizzle announced to the girl that she was not guilty Kadizzle lectured the girl. Kadizzle himself had seen her drive carelessly about town. Kadizzle said to the girl " If you continue to drive like an idiot, you are going to kill someone." Well, within three weeks she did. She ran a stop sign on main street and killed a man in a wheelchair. That case was heard in county court and Kadizzle had nothing to do with the outcome, but the local prosecutor was enraged. In county court the girl who should have gone to jail was fined $45 dollars for careless driving. She killed a man with a car. Bare minimum she should have spent six months in jail or way more than that.
Kadizzle blames a whole lot on the parents of these kids. Once Kadizzle had a case with another girl. Dad sat in court while the girl was found guilty. After Kadizzle pronounced the girl guilty the Dad said " She is going to be punished for this". Then he declared she could no longer drive the new car. How about a good Dad. Once a boy was in court, and again Kadizzle ruled against him. His Dad asked if he could say something. Kadizzle agreed. The Dad said the fine was not enough, he wanted his boy to be given a sentence involving community service. The son was required to wash and polish all the police cars and fire trucks. What kind of Dad were you? Too many parents showed up in court and amendmentlt insisted their little Johnny could never do anything wrong. These are the parents that produced the Donald Trumps and the Kevin Cramers.
