In spurts the members of the Stan Rodgers Glee Club arrived at the barn. Kadizzle rode with Shanika to the event. We got there early so Shanika could set up his wokinator. The wokinator is Shanika's invention for cooking stir fried food. Seem's like the Glee Club has been singing together for over thirty years. Of course there is some eating and drinking going on also. Harvey the owner of the barn has done a magnificent job of turning the hay loft into a unique gathering place. In the corner is a bar salvaged from an establishment in Pick City. The stage is complete with an elaborate sound system. The old men all gathered and sang the old songs, The Parting Glass, The Northwest Passage, and a plethora of folk songs from way back.
Just about all of us have put some pounds around the belly. A couple have shrunk, and age is taking it's toll.
