A fresh wind is blowing in Payson. The Tea Party gang has been decimated. Young progressive men have replaced all but one of the Tea Party activist. What does this mean? Payson can move forward. The new mayor can make the town into a place for everyone, not just those on the verge of bankruptcy. At the Last Supper, I mean town council meeting Steve Otto declared " Forgive them for they know not what they do". Wrong, we finally have good people who do know what to do.
