24 Degrees

 24 degrees is now cold. Old Kadizzle used to live in North Dakota where 24 degrees was warm in the winter. In Payson the temp will warm up to 50 or better today. That means Kadizzle can work on the great wall. Now backfill is needed. This means moving one wheelbarrow at a time of fill for half a block. Yesterday Kadizzle might have made six trips. It will probably take at least ten or twelve more trips to fill behind the wall. All this exercise is a good thing. Old people get to work at their own pace. Old has a lot of privileges. You sleep when you want, take naps, and often are forgiven for forgetting. Then there are the discounts for being old.  The young people really need the discounts, not the old goats. They system is upside down.  When you are old people don't generally give you the finger when you make a mistake driving. On the other hand some hoodlums like to rob old people, and of course the scam artist love to pick on the elderly.
