Money comes in and money goes out. One of house guest in our basement rental had a little run in with the local law people and was stopped for a DUI in front of our house. Money will go out of his pocket big time. However he paid his last rent and that was money coming in. Yesterday the drywall guy finishes putting drywall in the garage that was money going out. We have undertaken to paint the house so that is more money out. Next remodeling the bathroom will be a major money out. Lately the biggest money out is old Trump and his trade wars. The old retirement account is hurting. How much damage can that idiot do?
On to another undertaking. Kadizzle is helping a young guy refurbish a sailboat. Removing the bottom paint is a big job. Kadizzle found out oven cleaner works, but we will try some spiffy marine paint stripper instead. Nick is very excited about his new boat. It formerly belonged to two other sailers that were friends. However, the last sailor sadly neglected the ship and it will take some doing to get it back in service. At least Kadizzle will have access to a sailboat.
Stroupini wants to be an old goat living in town. Kadizzle toured his fixer upper home in town. The place is coming along. Stroupini installed those round skylight things. It worked well and brought a lot of natural light down through the ceiling. The painting has worn us down and tomorrow will be a day of rest a day late.
