As the morning unfolded Kadizzle was having a conversation with an economically challenged woman. We were standing in the driveway to a Denny's resturant. Next door was some kind of cheap hotel. A loud argument started to take place in the hotel parking lot, about sixty feet from us. Someone called the police, but before the police got there apparently a man shot a woman in the head and killed her. The police showed up quickly and the man was on the ground with blood all over his pants. The police did the classic TV takedown as they had guns all over the guy. Traffic was stopped for hours in Payson as a result of the shooting. Kadizzle went to the donuts meeting. Upon leaving the meeting it appeared the police were looking for one of the bullets. From they way they had the equipment set up it appeared one of the bullets went with 15 feet of where Kadizzle was standing durning the fracas.
The proceeding was what it appeared yesterday. Today the police report became public. The police report indicates the man shot the woman while he was in the back seat of the car. They must have pulled into the motel parking lot after he shot her. There was a one year old in the car. Kadizzle never saw the car pull into the parking lot and was puzzled that he never heard a gunshot. What the police were looking for on the road must have been a bullet casing or something. Kadizzles interpretation of what he saw was wrong.
