Bike Riding Summer

 This has turned out to be the summer of the ebike.  Today Winky and Kadizzle took a wonderful ebike ride along the shore of the great lakes.  Near Marquette we found some absolutely wonderful trails through the forest.  Met a nice biker girl yesterday at the visitor center of the National Forest.  Hi, if you are reading this. Had a great discussion on politics and the need for young people to fight the evil of the Republicans.  Crossed the Mackinac bridge and are headed south then east to Vermont. 

Fun at Breakfast

Picking up our breakfast at the Inn Kadizzle was having a discussion with the kitchen help.  A Trump Cult member overhead Kadizzle talking and broke into the conversation.  Kadizzle confronted the Trump cultist about the breaking news on Trump's taxes.  Kadizzle got into a shouting match with the cult guy.  The cult guy took off down the hall and Kadizzle had fun yelling at him "  Your in a cult".  The world is under a spell of idiocy.  Fox News so far has refused to report on the Trump tax scandal. 

 

Major homework assignment

 You must watch and share the video below.  The information will be on the test, and if you fail the test you will automatically be assigned a D for the course.  This is the most important video in a long time.  If you want to help defeat Dear Leader you have to make this information go viral.  At Kadizzle headquarters we have top secret computers that monitor everything you are doing and we will hold you responsible if Trump is elected.  We know who you are and see what you do, don't take any chances.

The Wagon rolls East

 Shortly the wagon will head to Vermont.  Going to be a long trip. The new diesel should be a pleasure it has every bell and whistle.  Winky wants to go the long way up north to avoid Chicago.  This will be the first drive East in over fifty years.  Sad to drive across our country and see it crumbling under the Republican dictatorship.  Read the NYT today and see the article on China and what China is doing. China is going to be the world leader in no time. China is addressing infrastructure while all we do is build yachts for the rich. Republican delusion, idiocy, and greed is rampant. Winky and Kadizzle did their best ot vote out the rats in North Dakota, but the system is rigged and our votes are meaningless.  Democrats don't even bother to run, it is hopeless. In North Dakota the mice vote for the cats. The biggest crop in North Dakota is now rednecks. 

The Day went by

Up early we hustled to town and packed daughter Megan's Earthly treasures so we can haul them to Philadelphia on Sunday .  This summer has seen some long driving. Two trips to western Montana, and now one to the East coast.  The rack is on the back of the truck for the ebikes.  

Every day when you think things cannot get much crazier Trump out does himself with lies and fraud.  The latest is on TV in front of us.  Trump spinning the ballot nonsense in Pennsylvania.  Stooping low is his favorite trick.  Such a lying scum and his good Christians eat it up.  Proud of my two preacher friends who are fighting the Trump evil. 

Have been putting solar on the Earth module.  If we have to dry camp we should be able to pull enough power from the sun to survive.  

Watch Thomas Friedman

 Thomas Friedman is a scholar and not a KFYR radio mental case.  Watch his comments on CNN.  Friedman says we are on the verge of a civil war.  If old Kadizzle can post his video here he will. 

Sorry

Sorry to beat it to death, but the insanity in this country has become scary.  Watching the news this morning and seeing how this conspiracy theory insanity is spreading is frightening.  People are believing total nonsense.  The claims that the Democrats are running a sex ring are beyond belief.  Tune in to right wing radio for just a minute or two if you can stand it.  The lies are flying like leaves in the fall.  In our lifetime North Dakota has gone from reasonable to absolute stupidity.  No lie is too big.  The bigger the better. 

Insanity

 Kadizzle is back to our country estate.  Winky and Kadizzle are up extremely early in the bizarre world of Trump.  CNN just broke the news about Putin directly supporting Trump.  Not an ounce,  Kadizzle does not have one ounce of respect for anyone who is still a Republican.  We have friends inflicted with the disease of stupidity that causes them to support the Republican party.  You do not abandon someone because they have a disease.  You try your best to pull them from the cult.  It is so sad to see people you know in the cult.  Yesterday a good friend made remarks about the scary negroes in the big cities.  Of course they said it in a subtle way, but this is what the country has come to.  People who just want to be treated fairly are scary.  The reality is the rich fear the poor are going to take back what the rich have stolen.   You do not make 100 times what someone else does without stealing.  Make up any story you want, but the reality this is a class war.  Trump is a dictator for the rich.  You can spin it any way you want, but the facts speak for themselves.

At the mercy of the sun

 Solar power is the new norm for the Earth Module.  We bought a new solar panel and are relying on it to charge the ebikes.  Winky's bike is charged, but Kadizzle has to wait for the sun to fully charge his bike.  Kadizzle is thinking of buying one more panel, but Winky is resisting.  Harvesting sunlight is kind of like growing a garden.  We have a generator, but prefer not to use it.  Today may be another ebike adventure.  Kadizzle is amazed about the excellent ebike riding here in the Badlands.  The views are amazing, and the trails are very good.  A lot of good planning went into these trails.  The trails are not for the weak of heart or those afraid of high places.  You could make a mistake and be in big trouble in some places.  In a few places you are riding on the edge of a cliff.  Of course you could do this on a regular pedal bike, but you would need to be in good condition.  This summer we have probably done more than one hundred miles on the Ma Da Hey trail.  The 21 mile ride yesterday was our longest continuous ride.

If people do not wake up and vote Trump out we are well on our way to a dictatorship once they sew up the supreme court. 

Adventure Abounding

 The Earth Module sits deep in the Badlands.  Winky and Kadizzle just completed 21 miles of ebike riding through some fabulous country.  Shanika showed up and slept in his truck,  Lauren and Pat came in their Glamper and we had a nice campfire.  A visit by a couple drunken cowboys was a highlight.  The two cowboys have recently starred in some films being filmed in the badlands.  The cloud of boredom has lifted and there are tales to tell.  Shanika and the Donoviches have taken off for home so we are alone deep in the Badlands.  The trail riding here is indescribable.  Unquestionably it is some of the best riding for bike in the universe.  Winky and Kidizzle have done more than a hundred miles in the Badlands this summer. If you have some energy and a bike this is something you need on your bucket list. The cowboys were going to sell us some beef, but we are too tired to get over to their place and get it. 

Our Country is melting

Not only are the flames melting the country, but so are the lies.  Kadizzle briefly turned on the local propaganda station yesterday and heard Rush Limbaugh lying at a pace Trump would be proud of.  Rush was making up conspiracy theories so fast.  Of course the simple minded want a second helping of lies.  Kadizzle finds it hard to believe KFYR radio spews lies for four hours every morning.  It must work they are still in business.  If you want to see the fruits of the lying just look at the Trump flags spouting across the landscape.  The Russians must be dancing the troika.  Using the voluronable minds of the fundies the Russians are enjoying their dream of destroying us with propaganda.    

Life in the country

 Kadizzle has become comfortable in our new temporary home.  Mrs. Kadizzle is looking at some pretty pricey homes in AZ.  May as well go out in style.  The smoke in the air yesterday was remarkable.  Below is posted a video on West Virginia.  There are some good shots of my old home town of Wheeling toward the end of the video.  If you are bored you might enjoy it.  The video brings back memories of growing up.  The video mentions that Wheeling was the richest city in the country in 1894.  

Winky is making an expedition to Bismarck today.  Kadizzle will stay back here and try to entertain himself.  The Earth Module is packed and ready for our trip to the Badlands.  The plan is to do some more trail riding on the ebikes.  

One of the nicest things out here in the country by Stanton is the quiet.  Once in a while the train goes by, otherwise the silence is deafening.  

Change is in the air.  The election will be a lifetime event.  The country will sink into the deepest swamp ever or rise above the ignorance that has spread quicker than the fires.  Our ability to become oblivious to disaster is amazing.  The planet is being destroyed, we have a mentally ill president, the economy is in shambles, and no one cares.  We don't need a president to lie to us, we do a good job of lying to ourselves.

He lies to protect us

It has become clear President Trump will lie to protect us from panicking.  This creates a big problem.  How do we know when he is lying to protect himself or lying to protect us. President Trump has declared himself a stable genius. It gives me comfort to know we have a stable genius to decide when to lie and when to tell the truth. Sometimes adults lie to children because we love them and want to protect them.  We are all just children in president Trump’s mind and we can be thankful he would risk his reputation to protect us. Politics is a team sport.  If you support the Trump team, fly your Trump flag proudly.  Trump’s lies that protect us cannot be effective if he does not have the support of our North Dakota congressional delegation.  Every good citizen of North Dakota should be thankful for Kevin Cramer, Kelly Armstrong, and John Hoeven.  Our delegation risks their reputation supporting the lies Trump tells to avoid panic among us.  We must all understand not everyone can handle the truth.  Thankfully we have leaders that know when to protect us from the truth. 

Packing the wagon

 Now that the Earth Module is our only home it has to be packed carefully.  Maybe yesterday we solved the big problem of how to pack the electric bikes.  It seems we will have to lay them horizontally behind the cab of the truck so the fifth wheel can swing over them. 

Woke up to a world totally insane.  The west is on fire.  Climate no problem.  The president is mentally ill, no problem.  Trump cultist are popping up everywhere, no problem.  Russia is defeating us with stupidity bombs.  If you believe it, it is true.  Science, math, and history have all become very flexible. 

Trump lies, and tells tall tales.  Think about it religion does the same thing.  Why are we surprised that about half the population will believe anything.  Half the population has always been prone to religion.  Maybe it all started with Santa Claus.  Children accept being lied to as part of life.  People send children to church to be indoctrinated with nonsense, then we wonder why they believe Trump?  A strange world we live in where those with some sense of reality exploit those without.  History is replete with instance of leading the simple minded down a rat hole.  So one more time we have a mentally ill massiah feeding the masses an illusion.  Fiction is always better than reality.  

Dear Leader

 We have entered a new era.  Americans now live in a cult led by Dear Leader.  Dear Leader loves us and lies to protect us.  We don't need science, math, or history anymore and should burn all those books.  Dear Leader knows what is best for us.  What is best for us is tax breaks for the rich.  Democrats are evil because they are not nice to Dear Leader.  Dear Leader calls women who are mean to him nasty, reporters who ask hard questions are nasty. Dear Leader knows nasty when he see it.  If we would accept the new religion of Dear Leader all of us could be happy.  Why are you reluctant to join Dear Leader's cult? You get to wear a red hat, you don't have to wear a face mask, you can carry a gun, and you get pardoned for anything you do if Dear Leader likes you.  

Where did they go?

What about the dead, those who passed on? Where did they go?  Sitting in the home of a good old friend who went on listening to music on his stereo.  The night before in the home of another friend who went on.  My brother went on, my father, two of my sisters,  so many crossed the line.  As a young person one never thought of crossing the line, but now so many Kadizzle has know have crossed.  What is on the other side?  You can make up what you want, that is what religion does.  In fact religion does it for you.  On the other hand you can admit, you just don't know. That is the school Kadizzle is in.  The most likely thing is we are no different from the squirrel run over on the street.  Maybe it just simply is over.  It would sure be nice if all the answers were known once the body left us.  So many mysteries could be revealed.  So much is unknown.  Really what is gravity, what else is out there.  Maybe we get to know once we give up the ghost.  Sitting here with a mild fog outside contemplating.  The days are numbered.  Once you cross that line at 70 you begin to realize the glass is not half full or half empty, the glass is just about dry.  Deny it all you wish, but you can feel your body falling apart like an old house, and old car, and old pair of shoes.  You just don't last forever.  Kadizzle keeps telling the younger gang, retire enjoy, you never know when the plug will be pulled.  Money, money, money, it is always just a little more.  Look at the people with gobs of money, are they any happier.  Look at Trump a miserable rat obsessed with greed.  Where did greed get that rat?  It motivated him to lie, to cheat, to be a despicable human.  Look at the people who love him.  They can see what money did to him, and they actually wish it on themself.  Trump sits on a golden toilet.  Wow, does life get any better?  There is a lot of world out there and most of it is free.  

Dina turns eighty today

 Today we head off to Dina's sequestered birthday.  Dina is an old sailing friend, no pun intended.  First we are going to go biking at Harmon Lake.  Dina and Bill were some of the first sailing friends we had and we sailed together for forty years on Lake Sakakawea.  Sitting around the campfire we always told stories about all the Chinese fire drills we had.  Dina like Winky is an excellent cook and must be blamed for many of the pounds around Kadizzle's waist. Dina has been very active in politics and with her group the badass grandmas she has made some serious progress in cleaning up the political mess in North Dakota.  Bill has gone on to the lake in the sky, and now Dina is running her home as an AirB&B as well as carrying on the family investigation business. 

Thought they were better than that

Seeing a friend sucked into the Trump cult is a sad thing.  One of the scariest things about the Trump cult are the people in it.  At one time Kadizzle had some respect for these people.  He knew them as business people, plant managers, mayors, and what seemed like normal rational people, but now they are in the cult and refuse to leave no matter what motivation Trump gives them.   Trump lies, cheats, steals, rapes, and disrespects women, military personnel and these people still stick with him.  A mental aberration is the only explanation. 

Morning in America

In our home for the homeless Winky is asleep up in her nest. Kadizzle is down here in his nest with the Earth Module sitting outside the window. Kadizzle awakened about five A.M.  The silence is wonderful here in the country.  A warm morning shower felt good.  Now we face another day of gradually getting ready to migrate.  Before we migrate we have to make a trip to Vermont to see Cheech and her two little snoochols.  Son Quinn is getting so big and Evie has a blast with her other adoring granny. 

What the world could be if the rich did not insist on stealing everything.  The incredible wealth disparity in this country is insane.  

We are living in a nice house that normally sits empty. How many nice houses sit empty while people are homeless? What we have in this country is a distribution problem.  Time to see if Winky is awake and have some coffee.  

Toys headed south

In a couple hours Stroupini will stop by to load up the motorcycle.  Along with the cycle Stroupini will take the little sailboat he has donated for the Kadizzles to use.  Both will go to Arizona.  Stroupini is nuts, he is going to make this long drive and sleep in the cab of his pickup truck. God bless him.  Hopefully he will get to do some sailing on the four lakes down in AZ.  That little boat will be a lot of fun.  You can pack some stuff and camp on the shore of the spectacular canyon lakes. 

Winky and Kadizzle have hiked two days in a row at the Knife River Indian village.  Walking through the woods where the ancients camped in the summer makes one think about the past.  For some strange reason they will not permit bikes on the trails.  It would be fun and harmless. Perhaps Kadizzle will have a talk with the park superintendent. 

Winky and Kadizzle have been busy preparing the Earth Module for launch to AZ.   The new camper is now equipped with two huge batteries and a new solar panel.  

Dina Butcher will turn eighty soon and everyone needs to wish her a happy birthday.  Dina is Kadizzle's political hero in North Dakota.  She is the bravest woman in North Dakota fighting for democracy.  Dina has received national recognition for her fight to the ethics commission.  Dina is a lifelong Republican that has turned against the Trump cult.  By any standard a brave intelligent woman who gets things done. 

Kadizzle pitched from Facebook

Kadizzle has been banned from Facebook for thirty days.  Apparently the Facebook computer does not understand sarcasm.  The Fargo Forum had an article about homeless people in Fargo.  People were complaining about the homeless people.  Kadizzle suggested that the problem would be solved if people voted for Trump.  Kadizzle said Trump would round up the homeless and kill them like Hitler killed the gypsies in Germany.  Well it seems Facebook has entered a touchy area of censorship. 

Nazi Flags Flying

 The fags are flying.  People publicly declaring their stupidity is an amazing sight.  Kadizzle is now hunkered down near the little town of Stanton, North Dakota.  The local businesses have cranes with the boom raised high flying Trump flags.  It is a sickening sight.  Simple minded people proud that they do not read, comprehend or understand.  The Nazi Trump flags have sprouted.  These people declare the truth just does no matter.  Living a world with cult members sprinkled among us gives and uncomfortable feeling.  What did it feel like in Germany as the country marched toward disaster?  Years ago when Kadizzle moved to North Dakota it seemed like a reasonable place.  Back in West Virginia, that state seemed like a reasonable place, but we have slipped into redneck heaven. Gun toting, flag waving, Republican Jesus hell is now the standard. 

Now there is a good sign.  Kadizzle knows two preachers well.  Both of them have seen the evil of Trump and are pressing their flocks to wake up.  It seems that some Republicans are coming out of the fog.  Trump's insanity seems to get worse every day.  At what point do people finally wake up?

Hello Russians

Good morning Russians.  Kadizzle just checked the statistics on this blog.  There are about 900 Russian followers, and 500 people from the United States.  Please Russians don't help Trump get elected this time.  If you help defeat Trump you will be eligible for a Kadizzle T Shirt, a trip to Kadizzleland,  a signed pair of Kadizzle's under garments, and many other prizes.  So get to work and do some good hacking this time.  

Moon Launch

Outside our country dacha sits the new Earth Module.  Daily Winky and Kadizzle prepare for the launch.  When the module is finally launched toward Arizona it must be equipped with everything to survive.  A new solar panel has been purchased and the motorcycle rack has to be built.  Winky is trying to find where to store all the essentials.  One thing about the new module is we have better sleeping accommodations for a guest.  Stoupini is enthusiastic about pulling a small sailboat to Lake Roosevelt for us to use.  That will be a great addition to our winter fun. 

 

Rain will come and the wind will blow, deer will die in the winter snow

 The tranquility of the country is soothing. The Kadizzles may be developing a bad habit of sitting in front of a large TV in the morning. Never in our hundreds of years of marriage have we done such.  The styrofoam deer is out in the yard grazing. Brian put genuine deer antlers on it.  Kadizzle remembers when we fired an adle adle at it.  If you don't know what an adle adle is you need to look it up and learn.  Yesterday the Kadizzles made a trip to Bismarck and reminisced about how small it used to be.  Now urban sprawl is the norm.  Dina made some great margaritas and Mexican food was ordered.  Of course this resulted in a night of digestion problems.  We are preparing the new Earth Module for the next run somewhere.  Storing our Earthly possessions is a big project.  Kadizzle is building a rack for the motor cycle.  Sleeping out in the country away from the noise is very pleasant.  

At some point the plan is to make the long trek to Vermont, or Philadelphia to see Cheech, Chuba Bubba, Evie and Sam. That will be a haul.  It does not seem right to drive into the dementia of the East when we are out here on the prairie safe and sound.
