Remarkable Transition.
Sylvie just left for school. To the amazement of Kadizzle, Sylvie now watches home remodeling shows instead of cartoons. Grandpa always told Sylvie cartoons would turn her brain to mush. It does seem strange to see a fifth grader watching shows about flipping houses. Grandpa suggested she flip dog houses as a start. Now for the real clincher. Sylvie has got into organizing her room and making it very nice. Grandpa just went upstairs to see how bad the gravity is in Denver. On the scale it turned out the gravity is about the same as in Hazen. Basically this is good news considering all the carbohydrates Kadizzle let go in the intake. Now back to the organizing. If you went upstairs in this house and looked at the bedrooms you would think it was teenagers occupying the adult bedroom. It looks like a tornado hit. The plan for today is to take the light rail downtown and wander around. The weather in Denver will be nice today, but go to hell shortly. Sylvie is having a class session on climate change. Back in Hazen there is no way in hell climate change would be talked about among fifth graders, we burn coal and it is what we will do until we die.
